“I work with individual adults (18+), couples, and non-monogamous folx primarily from LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent populations who are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, identity, life transitions, and sexual concerns.

In sessions, I draw upon a blend of Narrative Therapy, sex therapy, IFS, and the Developmental Model to guide our work together. These modalities allow us to honor your unique experiences, challenges, and aspirations, while also navigating the complexities of identity, intimacy, and personal agency. I approach my clients with curiosity, humor, empathy, and a firm belief that they are capable of the change they want to see in their lives.

As a person, I identify as queer and nonbinary and enjoy several hobbies, such as making music, reading tarot cards and astrological charts, playing games, and cycling. If I’m not doing one of those things, I am probably snuggling with my cat and watching bad reality TV.
