Tweens and Teens Clinicians
The tween and teen years are full of change—emotionally, socially, and neurologically. For neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and highly sensitive teens, these changes can feel even more overwhelming. Our therapists create a judgment-free space where adolescents can explore their identities, process their emotions, and develop confidence in who they are.
We support teens through anxiety, depression, peer challenges, family dynamics, and identity formation. Whether they need a space to vent, problem-solve, or better understand themselves, we’re here to help them feel heard and empowered.
