West has always been passionate about helping others, whether through hands-on support or a listening ear. With friends, neighbors, colleagues, and clients, they love building strong connections in their community. Professionally, West finds fulfillment in supporting therapists by streamlining administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on the therapeutic process.

​Prior to this, West spent several years working on a suicide and crisis hotline which gave them lots of opportunities to be there for others. On the phone they held space for people from all walks of life who needed compassionate, non-judgmental support during a dark moment. 

While they draw on their history working with folks across the spectrum of lived experiences, West focuses on connecting with individuals from a place of humility and curiosity, knowing that they will always have more to learn about other people and their unique lives.

​Outside of work, West enjoys spending time in nature, reading fantasy and science fiction, and loving on their pets. They look forward to working with you to make therapy logistics as easy as possible!
